spring forward
Here are the Spring Forward socks that I started last week. I changed them to toe-up since the pattern looks fine in either direction and you know how I feel about cuff-down socks. The yarn is Nature's Palette fingering weight, and although it's lovely, the dye comes off all over my hands while I'm knitting. The color does wash easily off my skin but it's making me wonder what will happen when I wash the socks!

a good cause (and contest)
